This is a quaint little mom and pop shop with some of the best food around. I don't miss living in the South Bay but I do miss a couple of these warm and welcoming small businesses with fantastic service.

Nostalgic, simple, and almost home. The decorations are outdated in the best way. It reminds me of visiting my Yaya's house. It's laid back care-free family owned atmosphere keeps me coming back to support them whenever I'm in the neighborhood. The server may come off slightly stern at first, but this is not to make you feel uncomfortable, he is very busy man. He takes the order, cooks the food, and does take out orders. He's basically doing everything alone. Every time I go in the late afternoon he's sometimes by himself and I see him cooking and serving. It's amazing! So be nice and patient because your food is going to be delicious and the server/ cook is a very nice fellow once you get to meet him. The food is usually a grilled meat, with grilled vegetables, rice, hummus, garlic spread , and pita. It's healthy and tasty! But don't leave without the baklava! That's the best part!

This business has been in San Pedro for a good 10 to 15 years. I thought I had already written a review for it, but I cannot find it. It's only appropriate that I write another review because I went there again! The prices are still affordable although you can tell they did cut down a little bit on what comes with your meals. I'd rather see them make changes to their menu out of business so that was fine with me. As usual when we walked in, it wasn't busy at all, but they do take an awful lot of takeout orders. On this particular day, they were working on the catering order, but they were still very attentive with us and we didn't feel like we were waiting in line behind the big order. We ordered various dishes as always because of my personal preference the hummus stole the show! We always purchase extra because it's so good. I highly recommend this neighborhood classic PS I apologize for the lack of photos, but I had to clear my camera for memory reasons and no longer have them

Nazelie catered my baby shower back in February and all my guests loved the food! We got chicken and beef shawarma, salad, rice, tabouleh and falafel. Everyone was satisfied and got seconds! I recommend this spot 100%. Great service and really cared to make it the best for our special day.

The lamb or beef kebabs at Nazelie's are delicious to be sure but if you are looking for something vegetarian then their thirty dollar special vegetarian plate can be a tasty deal shared between two. The twelve dollar falafel sandwich is also quite a vegetarian showstopper for the taste buds. Their special baklava, if you can find it, is a wonder. I have missed the lady who makes it when I tried to get the fatoush salad but a regular customer highly recommends it.

Best hummus and pita bread! I ordered an iced tea to go with baba ganoush & my appetizer. Great service, very friendly. You can tell they are a family restaurant. The pictures of Lebanon were really cool. I liked the homey atmosphere.
